It seems that Beyonce Knowles and Lady GaGa want to give a surprise to their fans. According to Life and Style magazine, the two have teamed up making a music video for Beyonce’s single “Video Phone”, but they decided to keep the project under wraps. The song itself is taken from the R&B singer’s album, “I Am…Sasha Fierce“.
“On October 7, Lady GaGa and Beyonce were working on the video together at a studio in NYC,” an insider revealed. “Everything on the set was being kept very hush-hush, and security was extremely tight.” The insider additionally told Life and Style, “In the video, Beyonce wears a feathered dress. And of course Lady GaGa wears something wild. The fashion is sick and insane.”
In related news, Beyonce Knowles recently grabbed three nods in upcoming 2009 American Music Awards. She is honored with nominations in Pop/Rock - Favorite Female Artist, Soul/R&B - Favorite Female Artist, and Soul/R&B - Favorite Album categories. Lady GaGa, in the meantime, will compete with the Jay-Z’s wife for Pop/Rock - Favorite Female Artist gong.
