Three days after their wedding, the public is placing bets on Khloe Kardashian’s marriage to Lamar Odom. Meanwhile Odom is defending his marriage to Khloe saying that despite the news that it’s not legal, it’s still “real.”
Reports Tuesday revealed that the couple’s wedding was absolutely non-binding and will not be valid until the pair sign a prenuptial agreement, which is a contract that takes longer than, well, a four-day engagement to draw up.
E! execs may be reeling at the phony-wedding rumors. It’s reported they’ll air a special of the wedding on November 8, and with all the money put into the event — 12.5 carats on Khloe’s finger, a $5,000 hairstyle for the bride and $1,000 for each of her bridesmaids — we see why the shocker would threaten the public’s buy-in.
But fortunately for Lamar’s ex and the sound-minded people of the Western world, for now the marriage remains null and void. A reminder: what happens on reality TV is in fact not reality.
