Marlon Wayans Replaces The Eddie Murphy In The BioPic RICHARD PRYOR
Marlon Wayans is reportedly in that thing called ‘advanced talks’ to play Richard Pryor in the Adam Sandler produced RICHARD PRYOR: IS IT SOMETHING I SAID? The film is all set to go with DREAMGIRLS writer/ helmer behind the camera.
Wayans replaces Eddie Murphy in the biopic, which is also produced by Chris Rock, Pryor’s widow Jennifer Lee Pryor and Mark Gordon. The flick depicts Pryor’s controversial brand of comedy and his battle with drugs. It’s housed at Sony Pictures currently.
